We do not ship on major Holidays. Most products are being shipped via FedEx. We also ship via UPS, USPS, DHL. Shipping is at buyers expense. Shipping will be calculated and billed at published rates. A handling charge and insurance is included in product price. We do not offer local pick-ups. If your address at the time of purchase is not correct, or if you have not updated it prior to making a payment, we are not responsible for fees associated with rerouting your package via any shipping carrier. International customers please contact us regarding shipping quotes, prior to purchase. International customers are responsible for customs duties. We take extreme care when packing your goods to see that your item arrives intact. Customers must contact Compeve and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. RMA shipments MUST have a RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package. All returns will be tested. Return for replacement found to be non-defective will result in a 20% restocking fee.
